UE4 Project: La La Lane
Heard that there's this hidden karaoke bar around that you should definitely check out. Seems a little shady but it might be worth it.

New project that I started during vacation time about 2 months ago.
Used some megascans plants and dirt decals from the Unreal marketplace to further dress up the scene.
Decided to stick to using 3 texture sets in total for the buildings and props.
1 texture set for props, 2 for the buildings + parts. Used a few decals to properly name the shops and paint grafitti onto the walls.
